  Truly the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The black man working the register was interrupting me to rush me through ordering and staff was also yelling at other customers to move out of the way. Never will I EVER go to this location again. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid having to encounter such horrible service ever again.

  We stopped on our way home from a cruise and needed to stop for a quick bite and quick pit stop. I went to the bathroom first and opened the unlocked women’s bathroom stall, and there was a worker in there texting in the corner. I was stunned and let go of the door, and the worker closed and locked the door. I went back and put my order in with my stepmom and friend - the cashier was impatient with our order according to my stepmom even though there was no one behind us. I went back to the restroom and knocked, and the worker left shortly after. I don’t know if she was having a family emergency or what not, but I felt like an inconvenience as the customer. My sausage egg and cheese croissant tasted great and so did my lemonade refresher. It was just the overall atmosphere and feeling of being an inconvenience.

  Every time I order a coffee here, they get the order wrong. They treat the drinks as sugar milk with a splash of coffee and a gallon of ice.

  I ordered my breakfast and paid for it. Waited about two minutes. When one of the ladies looked up and saw that I was still waiting, she promptly asked me what I was waiting for.. So I had to remind them of the order that was still on the screen. I had already received my coffee and I guess they thought that was it. I’m all fine with waiting but to get the order right when it’s written on the receipt as well as the screen is beyond me. The only reason I know this is because I was able to read their screen from where I was standing. I thought they got the order right because it was right on my receipt and the small screen that showed the employees what I had. But unbeknownst to me when I got to my location and started eating I noticed that it didn’t have the egg that I paid for. So I took a picture of it as well as my receipt. In this day and age, it’s hard to make the money that I make and spend it on something I don’t get. Please do better.
