There are a lot of Dunkin’ locations around, but I go out of my way to come to this one just because of Jennifer. She brings such a strong, positive representation to the Dunkin’ brand. She is incredibly friendly and her customer service is outstanding. AJ is so great with customers that I honestly thought she was the manager! I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I can truly say the store has improved significantly since AJ joined the team.
