I ordered a matcha and they messed it up and admitted it but tried to put it off. I then asked kindly for a refund and they closed the window on me! I went inside and they start locking me and harassing me ! Nasty ! I went to Starbucks and left them a tip they were so kind there.

The black man working the register was interrupting me to rush me through ordering and staff was also yelling at other customers to move out of the way. Never will I EVER go to this location again. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid having to encounter such horrible service ever again.

I went to the bathroom first and opened the unlocked women’s bathroom stall, and there was a worker in there texting in the corner. I was stunned and let go of the door, and the worker closed and locked the door. I went back and put my order in with my stepmom and friend - the cashier was impatient with our order according to my stepmom even though there was no one behind us. I went back to the restroom and knocked, and the worker left shortly after. I don’t know if she was having a family emergency or what not, but I felt like an inconvenience as the customer. My sausage egg and cheese croissant tasted great and so did my lemonade refresher. It was just the overall atmosphere and feeling of being an inconvenience.
