I stopped by around 4 PM and there were only three employees working — one handling online/to-go orders, one person taking orders and running the register, and one cooking. Meanwhile, it wasn’t even rush hour and the line was nearly out the door. The staff looked overwhelmed. I hope management takes a closer look at staffing and quality control.
