On a previous order i didnt get the side cheese peppers and I wanted to pick that up but couldn't even do that this place is painful

I went through the drive thru for chicken tenders, onion rings, and a large drink. I get to the window and the lady tried to pass me a small drink. I explained that I am on my way to work and I will like a large drink. She asked about the size of my food. I explained again my order. You can sense her frustration as she took several deep breaths. I didn’t care about an up-charge as I ordered what I wanted and was prepared to pay for it. The lady in the window was very inconvenienced by a large drink so I told them to cancel my order and I will go somewhere else. The staff here is miserable and really dislikes their jobs for the reaction I received over a large drink.
