They should have explained that they basically didn’t have the drink. I was trying to give Dunkin a try today because I always get Starbucks and I will say if you are looking for the Christmas holiday drinks and you don’t want your order screwed up and a rude attitude on top of everything go to Starbucks instead. I wish I could give negative stars.
