You place an order and when you get to the window and pay them they give you whatever food they want you to have. I have never ever ever ever gotten an order back from them that is totally correct! The employees act like little kids playing around when they should be working. The last time I was in the store it was dirty and nasty so I quit going inside and eventually I quit going through the drive-thru also! I have seen roaches crawling on the walls called it to the attention of an employee and it just be shrugged off. The last time I complained about my order not being correct they argued with me about it! I should have been smarter and looked at my receipt closely before I left there because when I got home and looked it over they had overcharged me and I was just not up to driving 15 miles one way for 5 or 6 bucks. I can safely say that I have not eaten at Wendy's in over 3 years and I probably will never eat there again! This is the worst restaurant in live oak!
