  Been sitting Drive thru for over an hour for 2 milk shakes most disappointing whataburger I ever been to who ever owns this stop please close this location and get out of the restaurant business this is nuts

  It's too bad the rating system only goes to five stars, one star is way too close to the high score. Staff was apparently surprised people showed yp to get food at this :checks notes: restaurant.

  Please do yourself a favor and DON'T come to this location. This is not my normal whataburger location, but I was over here for an appt and decided to stop in for breakfast. I waited at the counter for the employee to come back from her smoke break to take my order (approx 4 mins) then food is ordered and after I'm asked if I want to upgrade to a larger drink and paid for it, the employee then notifies me the soda machine is broken and we don't have any drinks beside teas. So I asked why was a asked to upgrade my drink if they in fact didn't have any available, she just said I don't know, blame corporate for the problem.So of course I got the tea, but of course no refills on tea and no refund for this large drink I just paid for. After sitting down and waiting 25 mins I received my order which was incorrect and they had to take it back to remake it. Shame on Corporate for letting your restaurant become run down and shame on management for employing people who hate their jobs and customers. Will not be back, please do better

  Ms. Shawn did a great job starting with the cash register and on to her services on the floor. We NEED more customer service like HER in places like your dining room which was CLEAN and very peaceful as well.

  At least three times I’ve been to this location around 11pm and every time it takes 30 minutes or more to get food. Tonight was a terrible experience as after 30 plus minutes the order wasn’t correct and they would need to remake it. I had to walk inside to even get things dealt with. I was refunded my money but left without any food or coupons or anything after having waited so long. The incompetence flows downward from management. Changes need to be made in order to improve wait times and quality of service. After such a poor experience I have lost faith in this location and whataburger in general. This was handled poorly.
