Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Unfortunately, the place needs some updating. I'm not asking to change their theme or decor but just spruce up a little to make it a more pleasant dining in experience.

And my husbands chicken sandwhich had everything he hates on it( he threw it in the trash) so we spent 27.76$ was told there was no change (whatever) but our food had other stuff we didn’t order on the tag in the bag. Couldn’t take it back as we had just left visiting his bestfriend in the ICU and were headed to pick up our children and go home. Not impressed at all and will not be back.

I know stuff happens with tech, so it wouldn't have been an issue if the staff had attempted to find a solution. But they pretty much just shrugged and said "not our problem." No attempt to fix it whatsoever. Not even an offer of the customer service number. Had to Google it in the parking lot. Bottom line, if you order at this store, you'll be waiting 45 minutes, but if you order from the app, you'll get charged for nothing and have to call customer service for a refund – which will also take 45 minutes.
