  When you walk in you’re greeted by Marcus. He listens well to your order and repeats it back for accuracy! Asks you if you want your receipt, I kindly declined. He brought our shakes to us and then our food as well, he asked us if we would like ketchup or a spicy kind. Made sure we had napkins and anything else we may have needed for our meal. My husband and I can really appreciate Marcus’s work ethics. While we waited for our food Marcus was multitasking perfectly. Disinfecting tables and helping people who walk in to dine at the same time. He’s friendly and efficient. While we were eating another employee came into the dining area and as she was walking to have a seat she looked at Marcus with a nasty side eye. Idk what that was about but she better leave Marcus alone. He’s doing his part perfectly. A few minutes later another employee walks out to that same woman and tells her you shouldn’t be sitting down. I think that could have been said away from the diners. However, with that being said there are/is always room to improve. There are lip marks on the windows, I’m assuming from someone’s silly kid… still… wash the windows. People notice these things and start thinking just how clean is this place? Food was great. We have zero complaints about the food. As you can see we didn’t even get a before picture lol

  Went in on march 22nd at 9pm my kids 3 peice tender meal was ice cold … I ordered a whataburger jr meal it came out completely backwards .. I just went in today cause a gentlemen told me I can get my food replaced “James the manager “ gets my order wrong again doesn’t give the kids a large fry that I ordered I called back and he said sorry I didn’t look at your receipt thoroughly.. so now I have to go a 3rd time ya right if your looking to waste your money on food that comes out completely wrong go here 😂😂😂
