  It’s 8:44am I stay right up the street so it’s convenient to order from here. But the service is horrible. Went to the drive thru. Store isn’t open.

  We went around 9:30ish at night. Waited in the drive thru for close to 10 minutes. Couldn't get out because of cars also waiting. Once we got to order they said they was "out" of a quite a lot. What food we did get tasted like it'd been sitting under a heater for way to long and the person that came to the window looked pissed about something, never said a thing, not even a price, just reached for the card swiped it and no receipt even when asked. This particular Wendy's I've tried a number of times day and evening at different times throughout the years and always the same thing, long wait, never have food to make and customer service needs serious help.

  Incompetence at its finest. After waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food (since they claimed the chicken was frozen), not only were out fries insanely greasy and cold, our drinks had zero sryup in them. We had to go back up to the store after we got home. We asked for a refund and she would only refund our fries. I will be speaking to corporate.

  worst drive thru experience on earth. Whoever was taking orders was not doing there job. She told me to wait and look at the board after five minutes i was wondering how long she wanted me to look at the board for. Then she says i can leave if i want to. Um? Mcdonald's does better
