  The food was great, and the time it took it to get to me was nothing... The only thing that was bad was the service... I've had to deal with this individual before being my son goes to school around that area. They're very rude and have no patience for the ordering customer. I proceeded to order and when they came over and asked if I was talking to them, I said, no I was not talking to them....I was speaking to the person that's giving me their order. She huff'd and puff'd and mumbled something smart and said order when you're ready... then when I proceeded to go ahead and order... she did not say anything but proceeded to say "Oh you're talking to me"?!...I finished ordering and when done ordering I stated to her that yes I am speaking to you. She exclaimed the price and stated for me to pull around. I paid for my order and said thank you she slammed the window shut. Then when my order was ready she flung the window open and shoved my bag out the window at me and then slammed it shut. I don't know how or why this person still has a job but they need to work on their customer service because it is and was more than forrible. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's... I will stop to the Wendy's on Post Street or Riverside.

  This experience was absolutely awful and so disappointing with multiple issues: 1. I placed my order and at the end asked for a side of ranch and ketchup. The girl very quickly said "we're out of ranch, have a goodnight" as if that was supposed to be the end of our conversation. If you're out of it that's fine, but maybe let me ask for some other sauce or actually ask me if I'd like anything else? I understand you probably could care less about your job or the customers but you could at least be a little nicer. 2. I ordered a number 1 double burger which should've had multiple different veggies on it, but when I get home it's a plane burger with sauce, nothing else. If you're out of those ingredients then tell me so I can order something else. Or if you're not out of them it means you don't care at all about putting forth the tiniest bit of effort to make the correct sandwich, which is not a difficult thing to do at all. This happened at around 11pm on 3/29/26. If the owner is reading this, I would recommend retraining everyone who worked at that time so that no other customer has to be treated this way. I don't have high expectations but at least the bare minimum and this was way below that tonight

  When I tell you this is the worst Wendy’s near by, it really is. They will literally stop taking orders at 1050pm mind you their hours are till 12 am. They don’t answer if you call on the speaker or anything. They will ignore cars till they drive off. The workers are also rude as heck, like I get you hate your job but I didn’t force you to be here. I got here at 10:55 and thank god I ordered online because I watched several cars get ignored and it wasn’t until I yelled out at the speaker that I had an online order did they respond. Absolutely ridiculous. At least the food is usually fresh if they feel like cooking it. I even said think you and the workers said nothing back. These workers really hate their job and they taking it out on the customers. I added a picture for time reference to when I was here. I also had to wait 15-20 minutes for some spicy nuggets… that I ordered online.

  Upon pulling into the parking lot 2 employees were standing in the middle of the road.as one of them a very large and heavyset individual with red or purple hair glared at me while only taking a step or 2 out of the way making me have to swing wide to get past them. I get to the window to order the girl was nice enough but I had to repeat my order a few times before she got it down. Get to the window my coke is ready. I pay and she has me pull forward. I wait about 2 minutes. And it wasn’t for hot or fresh food. The double stack was cold and had so much mustard on it that’s the only thing I tasted for the remainder of my meal. The jr bacon I ordered was cold as well and the bacon was half raw. The buns were stale and had hard spots on both sandwiches. Instead of a small fry I got the value or kids meal size and they were cold as well with zero salt on them. Here I thought I was getting pulled up for fresh food the way Dave Thomas intended but it was so the individual in the parking lot could finish their cigarettes instead it would seem. The burgers are square because corners aren’t cut. But I do believe this Wendy’s doesn’t not follow that tradition.
