  Food was fine and was nice and hot. I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The worker at the window displayed no enthusiasm doing her job.

  Went through the drive-thur and one of the items was chili. When I got home I took a few spoons and asked myself, "Where's The Beef"?

  Bad experience with Bree he does not need to be in the customer service business. He is rude and disrespectful. You never know who drives up to your drive-through window or what issues they may have. If you just stick to the script do your job then we all win. Hopefully you take your bad attitude somewhere else

  Absolutely the worst establishment, Customer service would be a 0/10, I went today 3/14/26 at about 12 in the afternoon through the drive thru with no other customers ahead of me. Immediately a woman's voice screams through the box and tells us to hold on....ok no problem, about 30 seconds later someone's car alarm goes off in the background and a man yells through the speaker "can you turn that shit off"! Excuse me who are you speaking to! So I pull up to the window and the man comes to the window and I ask him what his problem was and why is he speaking to me in the manner, he proceeds to ask if that was me making the noise and I said NO, he than walked away immediately as the other woman working is standing there looking lost. I left without purchasing anything.
