  If the hours have changed, please let people know. I went to this location At 9:30 AM there was one car there, but they were closed and I’ve also been to the one on new Kings Road and they’re not open even though it says online that they are. please do a better job on keeping the community informed. Put a sign on the door or the drive-through or something

  terrible place, smell like dirty mop water and they open the store when they want to even though the store says open

  Everybody at this location was super nice. The food was hot and fresh, the restaurant was very clean and everyone was busy doing something. By far the best Wendy's we have been to in years!!! Keep up the work!! You are all doing a great job!!

  Arrived late at the Jacksonville Airport in need of food and a bathroom. Staff locked the doors at 9:30pm even though the website said they were open and the staff had “Wee Hours Are Our Hours” shirts on. They promised me at the drive-through they would open the door and then ignored me standing outside. No fries, no frosties, no diet Dr. Pepper. Oh, and they tried to hand me a broken cup that would have drizzled Diet Coke all over my car.
