  I asked them to grill my onions and I was told no. And I know they grill onions because I use to work at Wendy’s so I know they can do it. I feel like as a customer if I want my onions grilled then I want them grilled, that’s the way I like it. I highly recommend no one eats at this restaurant especially around 3pm on a Wednesday. In addition to me being told no about the grilled onions the manager and team members were laughing at me because of my request to have grilled onions. This is absurd, it’s literally just putting onions on a grill for a minute or two I really don’t get what’s the big deal. This could’ve easily been resolved. The Manager on duty did not showcase to her employees. The concept or practices of Customer always being right her conduct is unacceptable. And she is not a good leader to be following if that is the way that she treats all of her customers it’s just onions on a grill

  Ordered a single meal and the burger was overcooked. Like eating shoe leather.

  I was very disappointed in my experience here, especially as I usually have a pleasant experience at Wendy's. I not only had to wait for my food in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, they also forgot one of the fries I ordered. The nuggets are also ridiculously small. The only redeeming factor was the workers were polite.

  The lady taking orders is not friendly. Not welcoming. Just what you want and is that all and drive around. Poor customer service. Poor customer service will not return
