  I stopped going here a couple weeks ago after the nastiest, most rude experience. I came through the drive thru about 10min before closing and I was immediately met with a horrible attitude by the same white girl with dark hair and glasses. Apparently, she's going to ruin this place and they don't seem to care. I watched her get angry at the black girl for taking my order right before closing time. She made my smoothie, handed it to me through the drive through sideways as it was spilling out of the cup. Nothing was stuck on the side to identify which smoothie it was because I purchased 2. She rolled her eyes at me for asking which drink was which. She's an absolute wicked witch. I dumped both smoothies out down the street. I can't trust someone with that level of anger to make ANYTHING for me. I encourage all people who go to the gym down the road, fellow military veterans and citizens of Jacksonville, do yourself a favor and never patronize this place. If they cared this girl would have been GONE. There's no reason why the same same dark haired white girl with glasses that are making these smoothies should keep popping up in so many negative reviews. Jacksonville deserves better. If you are the Manager or owner of this place of business, something is wrong here. Channel 4 let's go. I dare them to pull the footage.

  I'm not sure if greeting the customer when they enter your establishment is a part of the employees job, but it probably should be. They stand there and just look at you. No greeting. No, 'Someone will be with you in just a moment.' Nothing. That would be nice if they did. I'm a very frequent customer, and that would be nice added gesture.

  It was convenient for because I just had throat Surgery and it was the right place to go. Blend it smoothly and just right
