- VPVernita Patterson1 day ago3.0I come here at least three times a month. Order on line. Today when I went to pick up it wasn't there. I was told there were problems with the freezer. I get that stuff happens beyond their control. But this is the 3rd within 2 months that I get there and there's a problem. If something isn't available I shouldn't be able to order it and it shouldn't take 5 days to refund me. Morgan was very helpful and patient. She called the district manager Matt who kept making excuses. He said he didn't know about the other times as if I was wrong. I mentioned who I spoke to and he said he didn't have anyone like my description working. Lies because I described to one of the other workers and they knew who I was referring to. As I said Morgan was great not Matt. Last time I give them my business.

Orders are often incomplete, and there is little attention to accuracy or accountability. Even more concerning is the lack of basic customer service. Being ignored while waiting and having concerns dismissed creates an unprofessional and disrespectful environment. At this point, it’s clear this is an ongoing issue, not an isolated one. I will not be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars that is what my true rating would be.
