  Had such an amazing time at Topgolf Jacksonville! From the moment we walked in, the whole experience was upbeat, energetic, and just plain fun. Whether you’re there to seriously work on your swing or just enjoy great food, drinks, and laughs with friends, this place absolutely delivers. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the incredible service from Peyton and Tran. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome the entire time. Peyton kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude and awesome recommendations, while Tran brought such a positive, easygoing vibe that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they both really care about making sure guests have a great time. Between the lively atmosphere, great setup, and top-notch service, this was one of those outings you don’t want to end. Already looking forward to coming back—hopefully Peyton and Tran are working again!

  It was our first time at Topgolf and it was such a fun experience. The online reservation process was smooth and effortless. Once we got to our bay, the attendant/waiter was very helpful and gave us a quick rundown on how everything works. My kids had such a blast, as did my wife and I. The food was great and service was quick. I highly recommend checking this place out.

  This was our first time at Topgolf Jacksonville, and we all loved the experience. There were two adults and two kids in our group, and everyone was able to play and have fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining how everything worked and getting us set up for our first game. They also took the time to explain the different game modes we could try, which made the experience even better. It was so much fun, and we cannot wait to go back. We did not order any food as we had just eaten brunch offsite before arriving, but the table staff brought fresh water for us and kept it filled as needed, which we appreciated.

  Great place, fun course selections, and fantastic food. A wide selection of yummy nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks. This place has everything you need for a good time with friends, family, or just a relaxed date. We had an 8 person party, so we got 2 lanes (one lane can hold 6 people). The 2 lanes were side by side with no divider, so we could still play together. We ordered sharables, but you can also order individually for lunch, snacks, or even brunch. Everything we tried on the menu tasted so good. We ordered the BBQ tower, you can choose the meat added..we chose brisket. So good, also ordered the Big Sharable variety platter, which had a lot of food! Nachos were superb. Their cheese sauce is so very yummy. For the birthday boy, they suprised us with a dessert that was sharable. It was like donut holes with 3 injectors: chocolate, raspberry, and cream. So good! We will coming back often!!

  This was our first time going to TopGolf. Full disclosure, my husband’s boss gave him a $100 gift card so we’d been meaning to use it. Neither of us play, watch, or care about golf so this was truly out of our element. We went last Friday evening, the parking lot was packed but the place inside didn’t feel crowded which was good. I booked online the day before and followed their recommendation of 90 minutes for 2 people which was pretty perfect for us. The food was good, I was impressed but can’t tell if that’s because my expectations were low to begin with. We did the steak nachos, he had the shrimp tacos and I the katsu sliders. Some beers and the waitress was gracious enough to alter my drink so it didn’t have any soda. Truthfully I don’t see us coming back just the two of us but I’m not opposed to going in a group if a friend really wanted to go. But we did have a good time and the people on the bays to either side seemed to also be enjoying themselves.
