  Literally the worst Taco Bell. They were out of sour cream yesterday or just forgot to put it on all items? Said no beans, got beans. Paid extra for rice they didn’t do it. CHECK YOUR FOOD because the workers here are extra incompetent

  [updated: the gentleman working in the window 3/15 3pm was also extremely sweet. this is the best taco bell i’ve ever been to and that says a lot because im from virginia, ive been to many lol.] everyone here is extremely friendly, especially the young gentleman at the drive through who wears a beanie. (i know he was working 7:45pm 3/13) he’s always so so polite! my orders are never wrong and always made very well. so 10/10 on the food crew too! 😊

  Shout out to the crew working Saturday night on 2/21!!! After the worst door dash experience ever, (one driver took my order to the wrong house, the other stole it…) Taco Bell came through with making my order for the THIRD time, hot and fresh and with the upmost accuracy for it to be (finally) delivered. The manager, whose name I can’t recall, was very patient and did what he could on his end to help with the situation. Dinner was delicious. Thank you to all who was involved, and I hope someone sees this!
