  I ain’t gonna stress this enough when it comes to customer service, because i genuinely care about customer service and how customers should be serviced when being helped. First of all any person that walks into subway willing to pay and eat there weathers it’s a friend or someone from family should get the same treatment as any other regular customer. Someone wanting to order food is a CUSTOMER meaning a CUSTOMER any CUSTOMER shouldn’t have to wait an hour-2 hours just to get 1 single sandwich and it doesn’t matter if your related to the person working behind counter or related to said customer coming in you still need to treat every person that walks into subway like a valued customer and not stand there and say “You’re gonna have to give me a while, Sorry i can’t make your sandwich right now i got too many mobile orders” hey news flash buddy don’t forget where you work at and the capabilities the internet does have when it comes to complaints/reviews. You thought we would forget the hour-2 hour wait and not say or complain? You’re way too ahead of yourself on that one, we was paying customers wanting a single Ham and Cheese sandwich and had to wait almost 2 hours for it because your priorities at work are screwed up and beyond fixing. Also if i’m going there to order food i’d like to smell the smell of subway and food and not be smacked in the face with bad body odor and bad breath when i’m ordering my food, maybe a shower once in a while would help?
