    Absolutely the worst service I have ever had only half the bread was with meat I asked for fresh cucumbers do to the old nasty looking ones were put on the top of the fresh ones at this point my sandwich was thrown into some paper not properly wrapped bread was destroyed and sandwich was thrown into a bag and tossed to me at the register absolutely horrible for a navy base town you should be ashamed

    Very mean woman at the front and didn’t listen to what I said I wanted on my sandwich and put the wrong things. Horrible attitude for absolutely no reason.

    I used to eat here 2 to 3 times a week. But now I can’t even place an order online and get my sub. Yesterday’s excuse was the printer was broken. But yet there was four tickets in the window for other to go orders. Five people in line waiting. With only one employee at 5:30 at dinner time. I wish I could say this wasn’t a normal thing. But this is a normal every day thing here. They keep it minimally, staffed and way over work the employees. And when they do get a good employee, they treat them like crap and overwork them. Turnover is insane. Even when I used to eat here multiple times a week, my food would be wrong about half of the time. That I can live with. But now I show up with to go orders and they tell me they can’t even make my food. With no manager on duty and their phone line cut off. How does this place stay in business? I have numerous open tickets that I’ve never gotten refunds or food for.

    Christine is the best employee and sandwich artist you have there! I am always happy to see her when I go in and honestly if she’s not I won’t go in! Keep it up Christine!
