  They're always late, The drive-up service is ridiculous I waited 10 minutes after pressing the button and then somebody pulled up next to me in the next stall and they took their order right away I do not recommend this Sonic they have zero skills when it comes to customer service.

  Can’t even get a slush or limeade right. Ice machine was broken which sounds like code for moldy. Don’t ask the manager to fix your order.

  freaked out over not having my wallet and either the manager or shift lead came out and we got to a solution so quick. both members of staff i spoke to were SO nice and my burger and shake were so yummy!!!! thanks whoever was on shift this thursday night :)

  Not a "fast" food place. No reason we should be waiting 40+ minutes for some ice cream when we saw people place their orders after we got there and get their stuff before us. Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 5:28. Got there around that time. Waited until 6:04 to ring the button again and she went to take our order like we hadn't already told her we were there for a mobile order. Didn't get our shakes until 6:08 and they were watery. Like my cherry had fallen all the way to the bottom... Didn't have the energy to wait another 40 for them to remake it. This location unfortunately disappoints every time.

  Everytime I come it's smashing. 12 am I stopped in, got great food and extra ranches. Lol. Night crew, you guys kick ass. My bag had my food, napkins, a fork and freaking salt!! Y'all got extra brownie points!! Well done. I'm never disappointed.
