  Was in the drive-thru for 25 minutes behind 2 cars before pulling out and going to Culvers which was great. Ridiculous.

  As a first time customer, sonic is a strange place. I was given a $5.00 gift card to use, anything above that I do use my credit card. I was informed that for split payments, it only has the be between gift cards only, not a gift card and something else. That's a very strange policy to have since it's SOP for every private sector business to bend backwards for split payments just to earn their money. Also, their hot dogs aren't the best, needed to be cooked a lot better. Fries and coke were as expected to be prepared.

  Chili was too salty. Hot dog was an unsavory looking color. Tator tots were under heat lamps too long ..dry. Done with Sonics ! Wasted $20. Never again.

  Sonic associate working the drive through gave me a drink overflowing with the lid off. I asked him to wipe it off, he turned the drink around and tried to give it back. I asked home again to wipe it off and secure the lid, he didn't. I got out of the car and asked for napkins and wiped the drink myself. Didn't get a Pic, the entire cup was wet with the overflowing drink. Horrible service.

  Ordered a burrito and French toast I was charged a little more than I expected so I asked for a receipt. Took the guy a while and he handed me a receipt with just the total, no breakdown. I asked why I was charged extra he said it was for the syrup. Charged 25 cents for a second syrup. There are no signs up that say additional syrup cost more. It took a long time just to get my order. Probably going to be a while before I return. To many other places near by that are faster and cheaper.
