  The lady making the pizza was talking on her cell phone the whole time scratching her hair and pulling her pants up and making a pizza with no gloves on very cross-contamination all the way

  My order was done on time and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff I interacted with were professional and kind. The store appeared clean and well taken care of. In my book, that makes me a pizza slut for this here Pizza Hut!

  We ordered a pizza at 9:20 PM. It said it was out for delivery at about 10 PM. However, after waiting for about 30 minutes, the pizza never came. So we called the location which leaves you on hold for about 10 minutes every time you call and they told us the pizza was almost there. We waited a little longer and the pizza never came. I called again about 20 minutes later now it’s been over 90 minutes since I placed an order only to find out that the driver left because they couldn’t find our address. Even though we live in a huge house so I highly doubt that it was that hard to find. The man on the phone told me that they tried to call, but they never did try to call us. We were literally waiting outside in the driveway because we were waiting for so long. So my boyfriend just started driving up there before we even found out about the whole situation because we were so hungry. Then when he finally got the pizza, it was totally done wrong. There was absolutely no tomato sauce on the pizza and some of the pepperonis were burnt. Not only that, but there was a bunch of homeless people just sleeping outside of the place. I highly doubt anyone really wants to eat food from here. I felt kind of bad because the delivery driver was very apologetic, but after receiving the actual pizza which was made again fresh I am realizing that this whole place just does not care. I’m honestly considering escalating this to corporate because they didn’t even offer us a refund for the delivery fee and we literally spent almost in total 2 1/2 hours of our time over one pizza. I was literally so hungry and mad.

  I paid $30 for a pan pizza. The sausage tasted old but they charged me for the pan pizza I ordered but what I received was clearly not pan crust. There weren’t many toppings on our pizza either. They take your money and don’t give you what you order.

  In 5 years of living here I have never gotten one successful order from this Pizza Hut. Every order has either never arrived or we received a completely different item than ordered. I dont understand how a restaurant can be so consistently horrible. It sucks, I love pizza hut but we cannot ever order it because it is a 100% certain we will either not receive anything or a different item.
