It does no good toward rectifying the situation which could be easily done by processing my refund. But, you didn't even mention that. Obviously, you don't care about clients or your business reputation.

Never came Called back asked for a refund. Said it would take 3 to 4 days. 10 days later. Nothing. Called again. They told me they would use the refund immediately. Never received a refund. Out of chance. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and corporate Pizza Hut. DO NOT ORESER FROM HERE!! Look at all the reviews. All bad.

I was refunded and told they were remaking my order. It was 5:53pm by 6:45 I asked what was going on and was told by the manager that he sees ur coming out and 5 mins later find out the delivery driver took my pizza. By then it’s 7pm. Here it is 7:15 and I’m just now getting my food. That made NO SENSE how you can do that twice
