  I usually had good experiences here but not tonight (04/10/2026) I order two pizzas, a brownie, wings and breadsticks and when my order was delivered they got half my order wrong. My receipt was not a full one so I had to call and ask what they had on their end, which is what I order on my phone. They came up with an excuse saying the delivery person mixed it up but I use to work at Pizza Hut so that sounds stupid. They hung up on my twice and then they finally decided they will bring me my right order. Well… a hour later and no order. I paid $51 dollars for this order. That’s not cheap. Pizza Hut don’t just comment and apologize, train your workers to do better, they represent you.

  Ordered a pizza and received it all messed up, they took it back to do a remake and another 40 mins had gone by so I called to get a refund and when I asked for a manager they tried to talk their way out of it and then put me on hold for 10 mins until I just hung up. Ain't no way I should have to wait 2 hrs and yall can't even give a refund for the inconvience? Crazy. The only decent thing about this place was the delivery drive was real nice.

  Gross, doughy pizza. Could not get a refund for an order placed less than a week ago. Don’t want a credit for more chewy pizza. The lady that’s helped me was nice but that’s about it.

  Place nasty nasty people working here they never in the front always got a attitude always on the side of the building smoking I think they should get a new crew everything new folks they need

  I went at 11 and the guy said he wasn’t taking any orders because he was trying to close. The store doesn’t close till 12. I did a mobile order and he canceled it.
