- BJBrandon JonesMar 14, 20261.0I’m not sure if i was given the correct name (Nicole) she wouldn’t give me her name at first i had to ask multiple times on 3-14-26 between the hours of 6pm-8pm. I placed a delivery order, at 7:45 i got a notification on my app that the food was delivered, after checking my porch nothing was there so i called. I spoke to a woman who said the delivery guy was getting ready to leave the store now with all the orders an was on the way. I asked well why does my order say delivered if it’s just now leaving and she stated that the system does that because they mark them. So about 30 mins later i called again asked where the food is and the same woman advised me that the driver tried to delivery it about an hour ago but they couldn’t find my house and someone tried to call me. I advised that’s not possible because i just spoke to you and you advised different. She then started getting loud and wouldn’t let me speak. She then told me she could have my order remade and sent through door dash. I advised please have it remade and i would come get it she then tells me well then it will be a 40 mins wait on of the 2 hours i had already wait. Very unprofessional and very rude.

They are always so kind to me and my children, who basically think they’re like Santa Claus bringing them pizza. Really great service. Thank you.
