Once pizza was delivered, the cheese was mainly on the edges, with only raised dough in the middle. See attached picture. I called and spoke to the manager, who said she would have another pizza delivered and would make sure it was made correctly. Well, after waiting over 1 hour for the correct pizza to be delivered, I called to check. I was told the manager had went home for the day, and she had put the order in as a carry out. Completely incompetent.

Ordered the pizza and then after it was prepared and about to be delivered (via door dash since they were short staffed) the order was just magically cancelled. When I called and spoke to Carol (apparently one of the managers) she said it was voided and “she didn’t know why”. She said I could go order it again if I wanted to but there was nothing she could do. I asked if the order could be expedited since I ordered over an hour before and she said no. Then she hung up directly in my face. I am so over this kind of service and this is my last attempt at Papa John’s.
