The bread is no longer the same small batch baked locally sourced, the best menu items have been replaced with quick turn-around items, the mac and cheese now comes from a plastic bag. But the prices charged are still the premium prices. No wonder they are closing stores and suing franchisers. No longer is it a place I want to eat at. Too bad.
