  The employees working closing shift 4/12/2026 were very pleasant to interact with and made our visit very enjoyable. Love this place and the kind attitudes of the staff.

  Update 1: took 38 minutes to get the food, made me late for Disney on Ice with the kids. Every single worker moved like they belonged at a bingo game in the senior center. Had to eat the sandwich while walking from the car to Vystar Memorial and the bread edges were like concrete wrapped in sandpaper. C'mon Panera... OG post: Been waiting 25 mins and counting for food... 2 sandwiches and not that busy.

  I came to this location today with my husband , who just had an outpatient surgery today. The service was good, and the young lady that assisted us was a 10/10!! She noticed my husband soup bowl could have been filled up more and she refilled it as a courtesy!!! She was very nice and accommodating, I sure wish I would have gotten her name but she mentioned she just took over that location so shout out to her!!! Thanks we enjoyed the service and the food!!

  I hadn’t been to Panera in a while, and unfortunately my experience this time was disappointing. The bread bowl was very large but had very little soup inside. It also came with an extra piece of bread on the side, which felt unnecessary since the bread bowl itself is already a lot of bread. It ended up feeling like bread with more bread, instead of a good balance with the soup. The restroom was extremely dirty and had a very bad smell. The carpet in the dining area was covered with food crumbs and looked like it had not been cleaned properly. The only positive part of my visit was the girl at the register. She was very kind and friendly, and I really appreciated her good attitude and customer service.
