  Worst service ever! While taking my order the server was ask to go open the back door. Then the mod came over and ask if I had been helped but didn’t offer to take my order either…..the worst!

  No one at the cash register when we got there. After several minutes we had to find a service person. She did not greet us nor did she look at us. No tip!!!

  Young lady up at the front counter was so friendly, super helpful. Service was great. The food....absolutely terrible. This is supposed to be an unlimited time item. Which to me would and should be something that is highlighted as a great addition. This is supposed to be an asiago bagel chicken sandwich....what the....burnt, tiny and super dry. Terrible and wasted money.

  As a panera fan, this specific location disappoints me every single time. It is very rare that I have issues with the location near Neptune and when I do they refund me no problem. There is something wrong with my food every single time I come to this location. I get sad, thin sandwiches, even when you pay for extra toppings. Not to mention if you go in the evenings, you can tell when the soup has been sitting out a long time. If I’m paying $44 for 2 you-pick-twos to be delivered, at least put a decent amount of food on the sandwich? Thanks for nothing.

  I placed a delivery order around 8:15 PM, before closing, and was given a delivery window after 9 PM. I never received my order or any updates. When I called the next day, I was told the store closes at 9 and that my order may have been thrown away. I did receive a refund, but the issue isn’t just the refund—it’s the lack of communication and the fact that the order was accepted and scheduled for delivery after closing in the first place. As someone who has worked in food service (and at Panera), I understand how closing works. Staff are still in the building well after closing, and if an order can’t be fulfilled, it should be canceled or the customer should be contacted—not left wondering where their food is. This seems like a system or management issue, not a delivery driver issue. Orders shouldn’t be accepted if they can’t be completed, especially for delivery.
