  I went after my mother passed because I wanted a good meal. Instead I received a 40 minute wait to order my food let alone get it. Once the food finally arrived my chicken was hard the pasta was cold, my girlfriend’s steak was cooked at the wrong temp and had an unpleasant odor to it my fathers sandwich was more arugula than anything else and it was overall a horrible experience. Our drinks stayed empty most of the meal and by the end when we were on of very few tables an hour and a half before closing we couldn’t even get refills. I can not reiterate it enough DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. There is many much better restaurants and even outback locations in Jacksonville. hi this is the girlfriend this was horrible and almost made me steakphobic as a steak loving person

  My friend and I had wonderful experience, service was attentive and thoughtful. She checked in on us, brought us to go boxes and even a sauce I could take to-go. Shoutout to our server Paula!

  First time in this location and you just can't go wrong with Outback, service was very good, the food was amazing Definitely we're coming back 👍🏽

  When my date and I first arrived the atmosphere was nice and quaint... but things seemed to change very quickly . The waitress was very hospitable, the food didn't really take that long but it seemed that the staff thought so because the manager came out and gave us a card for a free appetizer on our next visit, because of the wait.. then after the food came out they offered us a free dessert and a discount on our check. Now, I will say outback is missing a steak knife, and I'll tell you why. While we were eating our food, the bus boy that was working that night kept walking by our table and mean mugging my boyfriend. At first he didn't think anything of it but by the 5th time he walked by and stared directly into his eyes, he said something to me. By this point, the bus boy walked up to our table and took my glass of water and put it in his little bin of dishes and to my knowledge bussers don't do anything with the tables until after our meal is finished. It seemed like he came up to the table to get a good look at us. Then he kept walking by mean mugging us a few more times. At this point the bus boy had a homeboy come inside and they both started bopping around the lobby and skipped out the door holding up their pants. Now, from where I'm from the universal" skip "means it's about to go down. When he came back inside, he still was staring my boyfriend in the eyes and being real weird so my boyfriend finally asked dude was he good? He said he was good and was just "looking around"?? Very weird. We collected our check, paid, packed our food, and a steak knife for protection , and hit the door. Don't think I'll be going back. Food was decent though.
