  were visiting Jacksonville and decided to bring the whole family to Outback Steakhouse Mandarin and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the area. If you’re looking for a steakhouse in Mandarin Jacksonville that delivers both quality food and standout service, this location absolutely delivers. Our server Irene was incredible. She was attentive, personable, and handled a full table with ease. She kept drinks filled, checked in at the perfect times, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable without ever feeling rushed. The steaks were cooked perfectly with great flavor and temperature exactly as ordered. You can tell the kitchen here is consistent, which is not always the case at busy family restaurants. Everything came out hot and timed well, even with a larger group. The atmosphere at this Jacksonville Outback location is relaxed, clean, and ideal for families. It’s easy to have a conversation, the seating is comfortable, and the overall environment makes it a great choice whether you’re local or just visiting. If you’re in Mandarin and want a reliable steakhouse with excellent service, ask for Irene and you’ll be taken care of. This is the kind of place you can count on for a solid family dinner without any stress.

  Togo girl was super friendly, polite, and fast. Wished me a happy Easter. Wrapped everything up nicely so it wouldn’t leak. Steaks were prepared perfectly and HOT!!! LETS GOOOOO OUTBACK! LET EM COOK!!!

  Every single person from wait-staff to line cooks were so incredibly courteous. Pleasant from beginning to end and I could even overhear others with complaints (unfounded btw) and they were super nice to them as well. The food was delicious. Steaks were perfectly juicy (cooked to our preference) and seasoned wonderfully. My daughter says the Mac n cheese was top-tier and you know the bread is always fresh. 5 stars all around.

  I'm new to this side of town and just ordered delivery and everything arrived so fast and was cooked perfectly. I really appreciated the extra attention to detail the kitchen gives to ensuring you get your complete order and the accompanying sauces etc. Who wants to get a baked potato and not get sour cream? Right? This won't happen if you order from this Outback!
