  Snappers is always amazing with customer service, attitude, prices, speed and accuracy of my order (except that 1 time they gave me strawberry banana pudding vs reg banana pudding) but It was a honest mistake and corrected. My only issue with this order was my delivery driver stole my food, but Snappers walked me through how to handle the situation, because not only was it a loss for me it was a loss on them as well. The manager/owner and employees were very understanding and I loved that!! But to my delivery driver Luis, count your days! And I pray the food for my children and I kept your family fed for the night!

  This place stays busy but they continue to push out your meal timely. The food is always fresh, hot and the ladies in the front speak as I entered the establishment.

  I came 03/22/2026 11:30pm. the food was great and was fresh but the two young ladies at the front, one was light skin the other was brown skin with a big ponytail. Very rude, bute had attitudes, as i was ordering and she kept stopping as i was ordering. there young and don’t know how to conduct them selves

  Wow, this place was such a great surprise! 😄 Finding good food late at night can be really difficult, and in Jacksonville it sometimes feels like the options get even worse after 10 PM. But this spot completely changed that experience for me. 🌙 I ordered after midnight and was honestly impressed when the food arrived hot, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. 🍽️ It had that comforting, home-cooked feeling that you usually don’t expect from late-night food. Everything tasted delicious and felt like it was made with care. When you’re hungry late at night and craving something that actually tastes good, places like this are a lifesaver. I’m really grateful I found it and will definitely remember it the next time I need a solid midnight meal! 🙌✨
