  It was an enjoyable experience. The food was not over or under cooked, it was just right. And the deserts were not too sweet, just perfect. My only complaint would be to add a little more seasoning on the scallops.

  I have tried all of the rice bowls and they're pretty good, we've also had the regular chicken, the fried fish, shrimp, wings, fried mushrooms and pickles and my mom & nephew both love their Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Everything is always hot and fresh just make sure that you have your drinks before you pull off because sometimes they will forget but they're pretty nice about giving them to you. Overall the food is good 😊

  As an island girl I’ve had my fair share of fish… I’m happy to report that NOBODY in Jax is doing snapper like them. Hot, fresh, delicious and all served with a smile. The menu is also diverse enough to feed my family and keep everyone happy… even the non fish eaters !

  Came for my first time to a broken intercom I guess cause I had to scream my order a few times and after the second time I said that I had said my order twice already because they made me wait a while in between each time that I had to say my order and got no apologies just silence so I repeated my order and then was told to park and then I got my plate and the portion was tinyyyy. So I went in and got a refund but this was a very disappointing experience. I drove like 20 minutes out the way because I heard this place was good but this was very upsetting.

  The food is the real star here—hot, delicious, and high quality! 5 stars on that. The vibe is casual/fast-food, which works for a quick bite, 4 stars on that! I did have a bit of a bumpy start with the service; I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for a few minutes while the team handled a drive-thru mishap. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but a simple "we'll be right with you" would have made a big difference. Giving 3 stars for service because the flavors made up for the cold shoulder! The service definitely needs to be more attentive.
