  Worst McDonalds experience in recent memory. We are the only ones in line...still took over 5 minutes to get a Happy Meal and Quarter Pounder. The reception area was filthy, the dining area was littered with trash filled tables, and there were no less than 20 bags of garbage stacked near the Emergency exit. Food was assembled sloppily, they were out of ketchup packets, and the Happy Meal toys were not as displayed...to the dismay of my kid.

  This McDonald's reopened today after they tore the old one down. Today the food was on point and the ice cream machine was working. Love the new look keep up the good work.

  I never received a receipt so I can’t even complain on their website but the manager or supervisor was more worried about eating his own food while trying to make mine so my drink cups weren’t given to me. And then my sandwich was so overloaded with sauces that the bun fell completely apart immediately. He also tried to give my food to someone else and was kind of rude. I’ve had nothing but bad times at this McDonald’s. Do yourself a favor and just drive a little down the road to the other San Jose store. You will save your self a headache.

  I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. The Garbage cans are always full, flies all around and the Manager couldn't care less. We came in for Lunch one Sunday after picking up some items from Wal Mart. My Husband took two bites of his burger and saw RAW meat. I'm not talking about a tiny bit of pink either (which is unacceptable and dangerous) this was pink and red all the way through. The Manager blew it off, even looking at the burger herself! We actually had to request a refund!! She then only refunded for the burger, not the rest of the meal. He was supposed to continue eating after this? Unbelievable!

  Worst fast food experience I have ever had. It takes them 10 minutes to acknowledge you even though you are the only customer. They don't wash their hands after taking money, and ten proceed to touch the fries to test the temp. When they got my order wrong I walked up to the counter and told the girl I ordered it with different topping and she said "no you didn't" multiple times as if I was 10 years old arguing with a sibling. Absolutely horrible, not to mention it took over 15 minutes to begin eating after ordering
