  I went in to get the kids a couple happy meals one was a hamburger and one was nuggets, tell me how you forget to actually put the nuggets in the box.. my fault for just trusting that it was done, so I drive all the way home to notice my son didnt get his nuggets. Thanks..

  Everything with this experience was horrible. The consumer service was terrible. Not the guy who took my order I guess, but our interaction was short because I ordered online the app. But the lady at the window, terrible. My sprite was mostly just carbonated water. I asked for light ice, there was seeming MORE ice than normal. The fries had not even a sprinkle of salt on them. The burger was dry. Also not seasoned. Then to make it all a bit worse, I asked for a water cup for my friend. And I was told they dont do that anymore. Which turns out to be true. But... Mcdonalds... WHY CANT PEOPLE HAVE A FREE SMALL CUP OF WATER!? Anyway, I tried to look on the app to leave this review, but it seems they also removed every way of getting a refund, contacting support, or finding your past orders even. So I had to look up the store myself. Im very upset, because I worked Mcdonalds for a couple years, and the SIMPLE things were skipped over. Not even eating the food, thats how bad it is. Even for fast food, this was just appalling.

  There's one woman that works every day and is super friendly... But others just rush you along and it's a 50-50 shot that your entire order will be in the bag so ALWAYS check before leaving.

  Mobile order I get inside my number is on the screen in process. Employee cleared the board so their score would look good to corporate. In the meantime they forgot my order. Several people came in after I have and got their orders and was gone. Specifically asked for no ketchup and add mustard get home they put ketchup on it . You guys are just worthless.
