  The worst fountain machine ever. It needed something no fizz and syrup was weak. Needed napkins I told someone next thing I know he's sitting there talking with a friend. They could do better.

  This is disgustingly. My cook to order quarter pounder is hard as a brick. Mind you my order did not sit there. It was immediately picked up as soon as it was ready. And my fries are supposed to be a large and this is what I get Absolutely disgusting

  Went through the drive thru and ordered a combo with a mcflurry instead of a drink. I was told they dont or cant do that. So I told them just dont give me a drink but charge me whatever for the flurry, no discounting I just didnt want a drink. I didn't care about the price. The woman said no they cant do that and was told to leave since i insisted on what i wanted mot what they wanted to give me. I left and went to the one on Normandy and ordered the same thing. No problem there. Left with a smile and everything I wanted at full price. These people are not very bright.

  Came here this morning from the other side of town, probably the first time I’ve eaten here, the lady that took my order was polite and pleasant, I needed to add something at the window, she was polite and pleasant about that, next thing I know, the three cars in front of me had already been served and I was next in the window all within like 28 seconds. The food is fresh. The ice coffee is wonderful, and I got a full meal for like $5.50. Y’all need to take every one of the employees that was working on March 12 at 8:05 AM and turn them into trainers for all of the other stores in Jacksonville. It’s sad that I was surprised by a decent food and service but this store has it going on so hats off to your team over here.
