  Roofs leaking, staffs swearing up a storm (loudly for all folks in the front to hear), tables are a mess and food took quite a bit. Food was as expected from McDonalds, but don’t come here for the atmosphere

  I'm sorry for the brutal honesty but it gets worse after the days go by customer service it's really bad

  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. I don't post reviews but something needs to be said. The customer service needs serious improvement. It took me 20 mins before I could place an order. I tried on the kiosk (of which only one is open) but of course no receipt. So had to wait at the counter for 20 mins before I placed my order and then I was told that it would be a long wait on my food because they will not start serving the front counter customers until the drive through is empty. It was utterly ridiculous. I walked out with out getting anything. I'm a working man on a 30 min lunch break. Which I blew at this waste of fast food. See it's in the name fast food is supposed to be fast.

  Okay I'm just going to say what happened it's Sunday morning about 5:00 a.m. at the time I asked for the price of large cup of ice he told me 27 Cent I said I want three cups and I want the big breakfast. I pay for my food had to wait it wasn't ready lady comes up to the window she gives me a bag. Now in that bag.. my meal my breakfast all of it was in a sandwich box my hotcakes the biscuit the folded egg and the sausage all in the same box okay lady can the window I asked her where is my cups of ice she said we don't do that. I said well I just paid for three large cups of ice 27 cent piece we don't do that. She walked away I sat there about 7 minutes and I drove off.
