  Worst experience I've had at any fast food restaurant. My order was taken incorrectly, food took 20 minutes, they forgot my drinks, and I had to go inside twice to get things corrected. A staff member acknowledged the issues and wrote 50% off my next order directly on my receipt. When I returned almost a week later to use it, the manager tonight refused to honor it. He claimed the employee who wrote it doesn't exist at this location. I still have the receipt with the offer written on it. If your own staff makes a written commitment to a customer, your store needs to stand behind it. That's not the customer's problem to sort out, it's yours. I've since escalated this to McDonald's corporate and the Better Business Bureau.

  Like most fast food restaurants, it follows a preferred self-service menu for orders, which not only slows down things, but also slows people ordering because it is not intuitive or customer friendly when it comes to finding out where the next step is. Whether it is adding an item, excluding it from your order or just plain, completing your order is always a challenge to find it. I don't have a language barrier, ism not ignorant of computers either, but it never fails to take me what seems an eternity to complete my orders at the kiosk vs just ordering @the counter with a live person, and even then sometimes it takes an exercise in patience to get acknowledged as a waiting customer and no-one comes to the register, because online orders and takeouts always seem to trump a "live fool" standing@the counter, waiting, and waiting, and wondering why do you persist on the self punishment that "fast food" industry consumption has become. Some restaurants seem to get it right, but most Don't have a clue or simply don't seem to care. You see folks trying, but the fast food industry, has taken the fast out of it. More than any irritation, it's just sad to have seen, the birth, heyday and declining of it...But then again, it is just a representation of the decline of human society in the whole world 🌎... 🤔

  Just waited 30 minutes at the drive through. Drove up to the window to see lights off and no one there but online said open. I ordered online which was the only reason I was there and just wanted a refund at that point. 10 minutes after pulling up to the window I see 2 female one male employee coming walking into the kitchen setting off the motion sensor lights. I can only imagine what they were doing in that time. Made me disgusted that they touched my food

  Waited for a cashier inside to attend me, 20 minutes of standing looking at employees look at me, smh.
