  Went there after 3 AM to get something, they said the store was closed until 5 AM, while it's a 24 hour store. McDonald's should be firing these lazy kids and get someone who wants to work.

  I was so happy that I am human & have a conscious.. McDonald's on Emerson near 95 in Jacksonville Florida today had a carbon monoxide leak.A lady with a short haircut(red in color) told me no food was not being served; I then explained to her what I was told..But I realized that I was insensitive to her & not their safety.So I immediately asked to speak with her and I sincerely apologized to her for being insensitive & she did accept my apology and said we are good & they're all ok.. Kudos to her for accepting my apology and I'm truly glad all employees were ok & fire department or ambulance didn't have to be called 💚

  Arrived this morning after 12:35 am. When I got to the window the young lady who was serving the drinks and packing the food/fries was digging in her weave the whole time while we waited for our food. She had very long braids and was scratching her hair non stop then went to make our drinks and food, she did not wash her hands actually between the time of us waiting consistently scratched through her head which is very unsanitary. I watched her make a tea and stick her hand In the cup i immediately asked for the manager , explained to the manager that she had been scratching her head the whole time while making orders and I did not want her to make our orders and asked for the manager to make the order or refund the order the manager insisted on remaking the order and making sure the order was correct pulled us up to wait. When we received the order the order was not fresh actually I feel like those are the same fries that the previous hair girl handled. Nothing was fresh about the order after I repeatedly asked for everything fresh and crispy, no sauces ketchup was given and I just feel like this whole experience was disgusting I would’ve preferred a refund but I trusted management to handle this situation and I honestly don’t think nothing was done ! No hair net , no gloves long weave walking around scratching like she was at home it’s a huge NO for me I will be reaching out to corporate I’m disgusted

  Completely unacceptable I am currently at this location on 3/23 at 3:21pm I have watched numerous workers disregard the front and take orders. I waited there 15 mins while two young boys have been waiting 20 mins for 2 burger meals and other customers looking in disbelief not understanding why everybody appears to be looking busy but nothing is being done. The manager raven constantly looking at us and not acknowledging us while zero worker is upfront taking order or tending to peoples orders. Completely unacceptable. I ended up leaving.

  Slow getting food. Inside was so cold, you had to have a jacket to sit down and eat. The manager straight up ignored me at the counter and curtain.Even speak english
