  Back to the same, just watched the day manager prioritize drive through over the 25 ppl in lobby still waiting for food. Took me 25 minutes to get some cheese burgers no drinks no fries. Must be the same franchisee as the Roosevelt mcd.

  Look at me and greet me with a smile when I approach the window, be warm and not so robotic and cold. I just went to a McDonald’s on Wells Road and they showed me that it doesn’t take an act of Congress to have decent customer service, even if you don’t like your job. I wanted buffalo and ranch and they tried charging me for the ranch, every McDonald’s that does that expect to get a bad rating because that is a terrible policy, other fast food restaurants don’t penny pinch and Taco Bell gives 40 sauces for each bag, do better and learn how to please your customers.
