  Ordered at counter. They gave me the table marker, but never brought the food to the table. Eventually, I went back to the counter to see what happened and there was my food. On the counter getting cold. This place used to be preey good, but has really gone down hill. Employees are unfriendly, rude, slow and incompetent now. If get get the slightest bit busy at the drive thru, they all panic and just yell out to people waiting at the counter "KIOSK ORDERS ONLY!". But the specials are not on the kiosk, so I just left. Won't be going back to this McD.

  I was picking up a doordash order.And I asked if I could order a cup of water was willing to pay for it.In the lady was very rude and said no, which is fine.But you didn't have to be rude about it

  Horrible management. Came thru for a simple order and they yet again messed it up. The manager there is total trash. This store has only gone downhill over the last few years. Will not come back to this location. I’d rather drive and get a correct order and have decent customer service
