- JWJoe WeidenaarMar 10, 20262.0I can't speak to atmosphere or face to face service. However what I can say is that I specifically ordered EXTRA fudge on my sundae, at a cost of + $0.69. What was received was not even the standard amount of fudge in a normal sundae! My wife ordered a shamrock shake, they couldn't even be bothered to mix it properly, leaving all of the mint in the center of the shake. I worked in and managed for many years (McDonald's in particular) it's not that hard to just do your job and have some pride the service you provide and the product you serve.
