All I wanted was a bag of ice. The front staff acted as though they did not know what to do. Therefore I waited while the cashier tried to figure out how to get me a bag of ice.

This was honestly our mistake, but the staff here turned it into a great experience. We ordered through the app for curbside pickup but didn’t fully understand the difference between curbside and drive-through. We pulled into the drive-through line thinking that’s where we’d pick up our order, not realizing we needed to speak at the speaker first. So we just sat there waiting.
Despite the confusion, the employees were incredibly kind and attentive. Even though they couldn’t get our order through the speaker, they still figured out the situation and brought us our food. They even gave us a small cup of ice cream while we waited. On top of all that, I later received an email saying the order was being refunded, which we honestly didn’t expect or feel we deserved 😭😭
We feel bad about the mix-up because it was entirely on us. The workers here were so caring and patient, especially considering they’re out there working under the sun. Their kindness really stood out. We definitely appreciate everything they did and will absolutely be coming back!

Took my money and didn’t give me food. Wouldn’t refund it. They cited their terms and conditions on the app as the reason why they couldn’t refund me. This location and their sister locations are run by thieving people who won’t refund your money even when they deny service because they “switched over to lunch” at 10:30 am.. I don’t even care about the money, it’s the principle, you take someone’s money you either provide them the goods or service, not keeping it when you do both and refuse to rectify it when you failed at delivering.

This location sometimes has issues with long lines due to its location. Never really had an issue with incorrect orders that I can recall. Pretty much the standard McDonalds.

I want corporate and the managers of this location to KNOW they have two wonderful employees, Kevon 2nd register and Kyndall 1st register that are so kind, courteous and professional. Every time I come through to get my frappe, which is several times a week they both go above and beyond with kindness, respect and courtesy to the customers!!!!! I was a manager of Mimi’s Café in two cities and these young men need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service ! I so appreciate and enjoy this location and go out of my way to come here instead of the one on Deerwood Park that is closer to my home because of the excellent customer service that I receive time and time again. These young men should definitely be considered in the future for team leads!!!
