  Ordered food at the kiosk for the family. My wife used here reward points for a 10pc nugget. When the food arrived at the table we were missing the 10 pc. I informed the manager lady who brought out our food that it was missing. She asked for the receipt and went back to the kitchen. When she came back with the nuggets she was rude and had an attitude and made it a point to tell me we didn’t order the nuggets I said we used the rewards points and also the machine didn’t print a receipt. She said if we ordered it then it would be on the kitchen ticket and then walked away. After I looked at the receipt the nuggets were on there. Perhaps your managers should learn how to read the receipts.

  I regularly come here due to this location being the closest to me. I just got a meal from there and drove home. When we opened our bag, my wife noticed there were no fries. I have noticed recently that this location has very poor OQE on what leaves the window. If you order here, check your bag before you leave. This location is pretty consistent with missing something in the order. Whether it be sauces, fries, and sometimes drinks. Food is fine, if they even put it in the bag. Also, I did try to call the location but their phone number doesn’t work. I’m not particularly upset but, wanted to warn others before they make the same mistake.

  Drive thru service not on par. The employees are getting orders mixed up and are not prepared for a lunch rush on a Saturday at noon.

  This place is terrible. We got there around 10:30, and the kiosk switched to lunch. We ordered lunch, but then a lady came out and told everyone in the lobby that we couldn't place orders because it was still breakfast. We told her we already ordered lunch, and she was rude and said she didn't know what she wanted us to do and that we'd have to wait 30 minutes for lunch. We then asked for a refund, and she again said we'd have to wait and then just ignored us. We then asked a second lady for a refund, and she got what I believe was the manager, who tried to tell us we just had to wait for our food and then ignored us until she realized we weren't leaving. Finally, they refunded us but didn't offer to take a breakfast order since we couldn't use the kiosk because it was showing lunch. The lady in the picture was the original lady who came out being rude over their kiosk messing up as if it's our fault. We weren't the only ones having issues,another customer stated she was waiting over 20 minutes for a breakfast order, and the girl pictured below couldn't give her an update about where her food was,all she was told was that they're not serving breakfast.
