  It said over here on Google that the store would be closing at 10 pm. I’m not sure if it’s a mistake or something but my mom and I pulled in at 8:37 pm last night for a quick donut for takeout. We were parking right in front of the building when my mom and I nearly had a heart attack when we noticed a young guy with braids/long hair standing next to the front seat facing us. We thought we were being robbed or something. I roll down the window and he says “we’re closed” in a very aggravated way. I have never seen such terrible customer service like this. Do team members now approach cars to let them know they’re closed? I am a manager at a restaurant, so I know how frustrating things can be at night, but our team knows better. This was something else. This is a great example of how to lose customers and a location’s reputation.

  As a local, I love your donuts but y’all work my nerve when the “Hot & Ready” light is on but then tell me I have to wait 20 minutes for y’all to fry and glaze dough. Turn that light off then! 😂

  First time here and in the area and went to Trader Joe's and as we were leaving Monday morning, I noticed the Hot Light was on. I had never had a hot Krispy Kreme, so I insisted we stop in. Since I had never been there before, I asked the gentleman serving me about getting a hot original glazed donut which is what they were making. He was extremely nice and patient with me, so I got one for me and one for my husband and was shocked to find out they were both free because they were hot and pulled right off the glazer. I was so shocked and dumbfounded by that I just put my wallet away and thanked him and ran out to the car to enjoy our donuts. It was the best glazed donut I had tasted and experienced in my life except it was not until we left that I realized that I did not tip the guy that served me the donut, so I write this review to thank him and Krispy Kreme for such a great donut.

  Lights on means hot donuts are ready, but not here. Sold a full line of people and then we waited. 20 minutes later they said another 20 minutes until there would be donuts. Keep in mind we already paid, so we're locked in. Young man went to get the manager to give us a refund, then she argues about giving us a refund and has an attitude with the folks asking for a refund. We won't be back

  The donuts and coffee are great! The walk in service could be better. My server was polite but slow. Waited 10 minutes to order a donut and ice coffee. Someone with an online order cut the line ahead of me. The server mistakenly entered a hot coffee. Wanted to delay completing the sale until her manager came and voided the hot coffee and added an iced coffee. Fortunately the manager was there and said don't worry about it. There were extra employees that could have helped. They all seem to be concentrated on filling boxes of donuts. There are even some stacked in the lobby. The donut machine making the donuts is really cool to watch. They do need to clean the window so it's easier to observe.
