Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee taking orders was cold, dismissive, and couldn’t even be bothered to make eye contact, yet had plenty of energy to joke around with coworkers. When I changed my chip choice after being told my original option was out, she snapped and told me to “make up your mind” loud enough for the whole store to hear. Completely rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. If this is the standard here, I won’t be back.

$39 for two people, 30 minute wait, 6 visits this year and zero rewards. I'm giving up my privacy for nothing or the employees are taking my rewards. I am not getting any rewards even though I give my number every time. No receipt and no napkins. Cashier had seven bags on the counter and was working orders behind me before me.

Solomon and Pollyannna were the kindest workers!! We were just passing through after seeing a show nearby and they made us feel so welcomed. The food was great and they were very open and attentive. Next time we’re in Florida we will definitely be visiting again☺️

Came here late at night. They have good tint on the window. It could look like they are closed even when they are open. Super friendly staff. I love that they have the lettuce wrap option on their subs. Especially that I'm health conscience. I devoured my OMG (OH my Greek) sub. It's new, healthy and actually tastes really good. Grabbed a bag of regular chips, only ate half because I keep my salt intake low. I need places like this that can compliment my eating. The fast food place where just don't cut it for me.

I've eaten here one or two times a week for the last couple of years. No more. Absolutely the rudest staff in town. I stopped by the drive thru today and pulled up to the speaker.
Employee: "What you want?" No greeting no courtesy. I ordered my sandwich.
Employee: "Pull up". When I pulled up to the window I handed her my card she swiped it and handed it back, wordlessly. In fact she never spoke to me a single time after I ordered. Didn't tell me the amount, nothing. After a longer than Jimmy John's normal time she opened the window and literally threw the sandwich at me. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". She never even acknowledged my existence much less my business. I made an exaggerated attempt at loudly saying "thank you" but obviously this didn't move her. After leaving I called and asked to speak with the manager. Her name was Brittany and after speaking with her I realized that common courtesy is a foreign concept at this location. Plenty of of sub shops out there. Avoid this one.
