  The counter person should not be in a customer service job. Rude and obnoxious. She told me I was in a good mood but now your getting on.my nerves after my wife and I were asking questions about the local area. She couldn't stop complimenting my wife on her hair and looks, it felt weird to us. I guess I asked her too many questions.

  Absolutely 100% five stars on this Jimmy John’s I travel a lot and have eaten a lot of different Jimmy John’s, and this one always goes above and beyond expectations! Special recognition for Pollyanna for making my birthday sub extra special

  Absolutely terrible experience. This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Amanda was shockingly rude, condescending, and openly disrespectful to customers. She acted annoyed the moment we walked in, rolled her eyes at simple questions, and spoke in a tone that made it clear she did not care at all about helping anyone. It felt like customers were an inconvenience to her rather than the reason the business even exists. There was zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no effort to fix the situation. If this is the standard they allow their staff to operate at, it’s no surprise the atmosphere feels so unwelcoming. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before spending their money here.
