- WWWMar 20, 20261.0Visited today for lunch. Third time in a row that they overcharged and made an inaccurate order. How hard is it to put two buns, meat, and pickles together? Not ketchup, or onions. And these people demand higher wages. Laughable. My last visit to this location.

Upon arrival I observed at 6:30PM on a Tuesday night the store was empty. Red flag. I picked up my order and checked my bag for accuracy before leaving. I ordered and paid for a large fry and I received a small fry. The fries were so greasy it was soaking through the bag. I tasted the fries. They were soggy. I brought this to the attention of the employee and a fresh order of large fries was provided. At home i began to eat the double sized burger. The burger was overcooked and tasteless. This was not the Five Guys i remember from the past. Based on my experience the food is overrated and overpriced. If you want a better tasting burger which is much cheaper go to Culvers and order a double deluxe. I bet you will not be dissatisfied with your purchase.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
